Ms. Maryann Briseno was born in Lima, Peru who immigrated to the United States as an adolescent in 1986. She is exceptionally fluent in Spanish and English. Her experiences as an immigrant child influenced her fervor to help others who have also immigrated to the United States at such an early age. Being a local Riverside County resident for 15+ years and a spouse to a Marine Core Iraqi War Veteran has inspired her passion for assisting local veterans in the community. She is a mother of four whose desire to contribute to both the legal field and government of her community continues to flourish.

Maryann Briseno, is an Attorney and Counselor at Law with Raxter Law, P.A. She has been an essential part of our team since 2017 where she first began as an intern. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University with Cum Laude. She graduated from California Law School, Riverside with her Juris Doctor. Alongside her professional law career, she runs a successful tax business specializing in Trust and Estate taxes. Her vast knowledge of taxes, bookkeeping, and businesses allows her to assist her clients in a manner that not only solves their immediate issue but with an eye to solve future problems before they occur.
